Membership Programs

We have many membership programs available. Here's our current list:

Equity bondholders:
• full use of all Golf and Tennis facilities
• golf bag storage
• lockers
• shower facilities
• card rooms
• putting greens
• driving range
• tennis courts
• Pro shops
• Social events
• Restaurant, Grille room and bar

Special events may be scheduled and guests may be invited for dinner and dancing or to special scheduled events. A monthly newsletter is mailed to members, outlining hours of operation, schedules and special events for the coming month.

Equity Associate Golf:

Associate members have full use of the golf course, including golf bag storage, locker and shower facilities, card rooms, putting greens and driving range. Equity Associate members are also entitled to use of every other option within the Club. Included are the tennis courts and Pro shop, social events of all types and full use of the restaurant, Grille Room, and bar. Special events may be scheduled and guests may be invited for dinner and dancing or to any special scheduled events. Equity and Associate golf members differ in that Equity members have full rights and interest in the property of the club, while Associate members do not have their rights until the bond is fully paid.

Junior Golf:

Any person under forty (40) years of age may apply
Junior golf member shall be required to pay for the value of the Equity bond, within sixty (60) monthly installments
Junior members have all the benefits of an Equity Member, except that they do not have any right or interest in the property or assets in the Club until the value of the Equity bond is paid in full.

Junior golf members have full use of the golf course, including bag storage, locker and shower facilities, card rooms, putting and driving ranges.

Included are tennis courts and Pro shops, Social events and full use of the restaurant, Grille Room and bar.

Tennis Membership:

• Full use of the Tennis Pro shop, courts, all tennis facilities and privileges
• Restaurant, lounge and golf shop facilities.
• Dues will be paid in advance for the calendar year and pro-rated
• Tennis members may have guests, subject to the rules of the Club and will be responsible for all charges and actions of such guests.
• All charges are due and payable monthly, as prescribed in the bylaws
• Dues are non-refundable
• Tennis members may play golf, at prearranged tee times (up to 24-hours in advance), once per month during the Fiscal Year (October I -September 30).
• It is permissible to bring three guests, at f ull fee, at that time.
• You may play on your own or as a guest of an Equity member once per month, this may not be done in conjunction with any other visit.
• You may play golf no more than once a month.
• The Driving Range and putting greens are available for your use Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Social Membership:

• Full use of the restaurant and lounge facilities, all social events, on and off property
• Use of the golf course once a month (maximum 12 times).
• Social members may bring guests to the clubhouse and for golf (up to a foursome for golf), subject to the rules of the Club and will be held responsible for all charges and actions of such guests.
• Golf arrangements may be made by prearranged tee times (up to 24-hours in advance), once per month during the Fiscal Year (Oct. 1 -Sept 30).
• You may play golf once per month.
• Driving Range and putting green are available for your use Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Summer Tennis:(Running from April 1 through October 31)

• Tennis and clubhouse facilities for social and dining events.
• Summer tennis members may bring guests to the clubhouse and for golf (up to a foursome for golf), subject to the rules of the Club and will be held responsible for all charges and actions of such guests.
• Golf arrangements may be made by prearranged tee times (Lip to 24-hours in advance), once per month during the summer season (April I -October 31).
• You may play golf on your own (with family or guests) or with other members once per month.
• The driving range and putting greens are available for your use Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00-5:00 p.m.

Summer Golf: (May 1 -October 31)

• Summer membership is available to persons invited by the Club, who have two (2) sponsoring active members.
• The program runs from May 1, through October 31
• All fees are payable upon application to the Club.
• The program is limited to 120 members.
• Summer members may have guests (the same guest is welcome once a month, only) subject to the rules of the Club, and will be responsible for all charges and actions of their guests
• All charges are due and payable monthly, as prescribed in the by laws.
• Dues are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
• Summer golf members wishing to also play tennis may do so for an additional $100 per person, or $200 for the family.
• Children may not drive carts.

Team Tennis: (Running from October I- May 31)

• This restricted membership is available only to members of other country clubs that wish to participate in Team Club Play here at the Club.
• Team Tennis members may use the dining facilities for meals only after scheduled team events.
• No benefits other than team play on the tennis courts and use of the Tennis & Golf Pro shops is included.
• This fee will not be prorated.

Trial Membership:

• Trial Membership is a special offering for those finding themselves with uncertain future plans or wishing to experience the Club prior to committing to the purchase of a Bond.
• If only one member of the pair plays golf, it is permissible to use the 'single' status, while the spouse is entitled to social and shopping privileges at the club as well.
• Dues are payable at acceptance to the club.
• Prior to the close of the Trial membership period the Trial member must decide whether they will move forward with an Equity Bond purchase.
• Providing there are memberships available, the trial member may submit an application.
• If there are no 'special rates' plans open at that time, full initiation and dues will be charged at the time of entrance.

• Trial members who do not join the Club at the end of their membership period may not join as Trial or Summer members again.  However, previous Trial members are welcome to rejoin the facility as a Full Equity or Associate member, requiring applicable initiation fee, dues and taxes.
